Can we order multiple photos together?

Yes! Under the access code login, click "Did you get another access code?". Here you can input up to 5 access codes together. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine orders and save on shipping costs.

 

I have received an access cared with an access code - how can I order photos?

When you have an access card with a personal access code, click "ONLINE-SHOP", input your unique access code and then click "Open Album".

 

I have received an e-mail with an access code/s - how can I order photos?

When you receive an e-mail with an access code/s, click on the button link in the e-mail. This will take you to the site where you can see the photos. You will then be directed to the site for customer logins. Type in your access code, e-mail address, and password that you received in the e-mail.

 

Where can I see the status of our order such as payments, ordered items, or shipment information?

The easiest way is to click the link in the e-mail your received after ordering. Alternatively you can login with your e-mail address and password under customer login. You will find the order details under "My Account".

 

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time is calculated after the method of payment is selected. The order is automatically processed when paying with PayPal and bank authorization. With bank transfers, orders can take 3-4 days longer. To change this please choose the delivery time after choosing your product/s. The information will then be updated

 

Will the logo (watermark) be removed from the photos?

Of course! The watermark if only for protection and to prevent illegal downloads.

 

How is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?

We work exclusively with high quality specialist print labs. These labs use high quality materials from well known suppliers that do not compromise on quality. In an unlikely case that errors are found in your photos, we are here to ensure that the problem is resolved as quick as possible.

 

Can I crop (remove edges) from my photos?

Yes. In the shopping card you will find the option to resize your photos. Pay attention to the stars that are shown. They indicate the quality of the photo ( reduce pixilation).

 

I don't order online often - how can I order photos here?

In the photo album, choose the photos that you like best. Next, choose the product/s and quantity/ies that you wish to be printed on. Then the button to put it in your shopping cart. To review the products in your chopping cart, click the cart in the upper right corner of the website.

 

Availability

The photos can be ordered up to 1 month after they were uploaded to the website. After this time and due to available dataspace, the photos will be permanently deleted.

 

Watermarks

The watermark on the photos are there for protection. When the photos are ordered, the watermark is removed. This is also for downloads and printed products.

 

Delivery Time

After payment the photos are immediately sent to the delivery address. The delivery time is a minimum 2-3 business days. Digital downloads can be immediately downloaded

 

Quality

The photos are printed by our specialized laboratory. We use only high quality and durable materials. Silk paper in particular is suitable for portraits.
